update, I checked my brake oil level and it was a little bit low, filled it up, and lights don't come on no more
same thing is happening to me, only in the mornings, it doesn't happen every day, maybe every tree or four days, i live in arizona so it's dry and no ice, slip light, brake light come on, brakes go into abs mode. dont know what the hell is happening…

Is the pavement wet? You may have a bad sensor but if it does not do it at any other time it maybe that you are really "sliping" i know in the snow or wet roads it tends to slip more. Does the engine start to cut back? it should not come on or start…
No idea on the light but the pads are a breeze.
