My wifes brook at over 60k and they replaced under warrenty. Mine is brook now and they will replace it along with brakes and some new fan that are under warrenty.

That is comon it happened to my 05 and my wifes 04. Water sites in the bracket in front of the axel. You can weld a peace of pipe in place of the joint.
