Has anyone replaced their front bumper with an aftermarket product?
Do you have pictures I can look at.
I also want to add some monster lights as well.
rene, check out Road Armor .com, they have bomb proof front and rear bumpers for titans, also have pockets for lights integrated in them. i am also going to be replacing my bumpers as well. my titan was packed into by a trailblazer at low speed in a parking lot, my driver side bumper was crushed, 1800.00 in damage to my titan, i couldn`t imagine what it would do in a high speed collision.also on road armor`s website they have testimonials and pics of trucks.good luck.
danny
stay far away from the Road Armour bumper for the Titan.
They do make a solid product but I paid $2100 for one and it is poorly engineered , does not go on easily needs alot of modification to the truck then still does not fit up correctly. Technical service sucks too.
There's a few that do the front bumper but only one company that I've found that does the rear as well. Kennesaw Mountain Tech. Google them for the site and check out their rigs. The bumpers and rock sliders look fairly good.
I've heard the same thing about KenMTN dot com, in fact, here's a posting in a jeep forum from a friend of mine, about them...
His bad dealings are not only limited to the Toyota community. He has screwed quite a few people in the Jeep community too, including an old roommate of mine. The bumper was beefy and very nice once finished. Unfortunately it did not come finished from Kenn Mtn, but rather required extensive "tweaking" by my roommate. That seems to be the trend, lots of tweaking by the end users required, when dealing with Kennesaw Mountain Tech.
Sry, but the old adage "Beat to fit, Paint to match", seems to be the norm with all custom bumpers... otherwise, they wouldn't be "Custom"...
